The HR Operations Executive will manage the daily HR operations at the Delhi corporate office, focusing on internal hiring, HRMS maintenance, employee records, and engagement activities. This role combines operational excellence with recruitment execution — ensuring all internal roles are sourced, screened, and onboarded efficiently while maintaining strong HR data accuracy and employee engagement. Source and screen potential candidates for internal roles (HR, finance, operations, talent acquisition, customer services and support teams, etc.). • Ensure all new hire records are updated in HRMS and employee master database. HRMS & Data Management • Record changes in employee data (new joiners, transfers, exits, promotions, etc.) Audit HRMS and shared trackers monthly to ensure data hygiene. • Generate HR dashboards for management: headcount, attrition, joiners/exits, and open roles. • Maintain digital employee files and ensure proper documentation as per audit norms.
