Enterprise Architect

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect with a deep understanding of Next-Gen technologies and AI/ML to drive innovation, design, and architecture in telecom. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in telecom infrastructure, digital transformation, and modern architectures, using AI/ML to optimize telecom processes and services. This role involves strategic leadership in designing end-to-end architectural frameworks to enable AI-driven solutions, scalable systems, and enhanced operational efficiency across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Architectural Strategy & Leadership:
• Lead the design and development of end-to-end architecture for next-gen and AI/ML solutions in telecom.
• Define the strategic roadmap for AI/ML adoption within enterprise architecture aligned with business goals.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives by introducing AI/ML frameworks to enhance operational efficiencies and customer experience.
Solution Design & Integration:
• Develop comprehensive AI/ML-based architecture solutions that integrate with existing telecom infrastructure.
• Ensure seamless integration of AI models for areas like predictive maintenance, network optimization, and customer analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable and reliable architectures that support telecom services.
Technology & Data Strategy:
• Define data architecture for effective use of data in AI/ML models, ensuring data governance and security.
• Lead the adoption of advanced AI/ML platforms and tools, facilitating data ingestion, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Recommend cloud and hybrid deployment strategies to support large-scale telecom operations.
Innovation & Next-Gen Technologies:
• Keep abreast of industry trends in AI/ML, 5G, IoT, and network virtualization to proactively suggest advancements.
• Identify opportunities to implement automation, real-time analytics, and machine learning to solve complex telecom challenges.
Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement:
• Provide architectural guidance to executive teams on strategic decisions involving AI/ML technology investments.
• Mentor junior architects, engineers, and other technical staff to build a robust team aligned with the organization’s vision.
• Engage with vendors and technology partners to align technology solutions with business requirements.
Technical Expertise:
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience with edge computing.
• Knowledge of data architectures, big data technologies, and orchestration tools.
• Experience with 5G, IoT, network virtualization (NFV/SDN), and network automation.
• Proven record of implementing AI/ML in a telecom environment, focusing on network optimization, predictive maintenance, and customer personalization.
