We provide structured German language training and end-to-end support to ensure our candidates achieve B2 proficiency and successfully transition to Germany.Location: Mahila ITI, 26, EC Road, Survey Chowk, Near Karanpur, Dehradun, Uttarakhand – Role OverviewWe are hiring a committed German language trainer who can take nursing candidates from A1 to B2 with discipline, structure and strong follow-up. This role is performance-driven and outcome-focused, where your teaching methodology and batch management will directly determine student success.Goal: Ensure students achieve B2 competency and are fully prepared as per TELC B2 standards.Key Responsibilities1)Deliver German language training (A1 to B2) to nursing candidates.2)Ensure students follow a structured study plan and maintain consistency.3)Conduct grammar sessions, vocabulary building, speaking practice and expression drills.4)Track student improvement, attendance and discipline on a continuous basis.5)Support Kareer Coach academic team activities beyond the primary batch (as assigned).6)Provide weekly feedback to management on progress and exam readiness.7)Motivate and mentor students to maintain high focus and continuous preparation.Requirements1)Certified in German Language – minimum B1, preferably B2 (TELC / Goethe / ÖSD / Test Da F).2)Experience training students for TELC B2 exam preferred.3)Minimum 3 years classroom teaching experience (nursing/medical batches preferred).4)Strong understanding of TELC B2 modules, scoring patterns and exam preparation strategy.5)Structured teaching style, strong batch discipline and result-oriented approach.Immediate joiners preferred.What We Offer1)Competitive salary-50,000/month2)Growth opportunities with a fast-scaling international placement company3)Performance-focused professional cultureTotal duty: 9 hours (includes 1 hour break) with academic and training activitiesHow to ApplySend your resume + certifications + a short note about your teaching style to Subject Line: Application – German Trainer Dehradun (On-Site)the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.
