About the RoleDevashish Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., a leading name in Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) and industrial infrastructure , is looking for a meticulous and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the quality systems across design, fabrication, and project execution stages.This role is ideal for a professional who thrives on ensuring excellence — from raw material inspection to site erection — and who can implement systems that drive zero-defect manufacturing and timely project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and control quality in fabrication, welding, painting, and assembly processesConduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process work, and final assembliesLead internal audits, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiativesEstablish quality plans, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), and inspection checklists for each project.Coordinate with design, production, and project teams to ensure compliance with drawings, codes, and client requirementsManage calibration of instruments and ensure traceability of recordsConduct supplier quality assessments and vendor evaluationsTrain and mentor QA/QC personnel at plant and site locationsGenerate and maintain all documentation required for project handover and certificationRequirementsB.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Civil Engineering2–5 years of experience in QA/QC within PEB, steel fabrication, or industrial constructionStrong knowledge of IS codes , welding standards, and inspection methodologiesFamiliarity with ISO 9001, NDT methods, and fabrication tolerancesExcellent analytical and reporting skillsAbility to lead teams, enforce systems, and collaborate across departments
