Delivery Manager – Contract Staffing (Hyderabad | 10–15 Years) #Experience: 10–15 Years #Industry: Staffing & Recruitment ⏳ Immediate to 30 Days Preferred We are hiring a dynamic and results-driven Delivery Manager – Contract Staffing to lead and optimize recruitment delivery operations. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless service delivery, drive team performance, and maintain strong client relationships while consistently meeting hiring targets and service quality standards. #Develop and implement recruitment strategies to achieve monthly targets. Ensure team adherence to SOPs and delivery excellence. Own and manage end-to-end recruitment processes. Ensure 100% usage of recruitment tools and promote process-driven operations. Drive effective recruitment strategies to meet SLAs and timelines. Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing delivery team. Prepare and analyze MIS reports for daily operations. Strong leadership and team management experience. Hands-on expertise in contract staffing and resource management. Proficiency in ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
