Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary at Aryan Mining & Trading Corporation Pvt. Ltd. in Kolkata. The Company Secretary will be responsible for managing compliance, corporate governance, and statutory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining records, organizing meetings, ensuring legal compliance, and overseeing communication between the board, management, and shareholders.
Qualifications:
Qualified Member of the Institute of the company Secretaries of India.
A law degree (LLB) or additional certification (in finance,Tax,or Management) are advantageous.
Strong knowledge of company law, compliance, and corporate governance
Experience in handling statutory requirements and regulatory filings
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and interact with stakeholders
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
Relevant Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
