Start Date: Immediate
Salary and Compensation
- Base Salary: Rs. 12,000-15,000 per month, paid on the 10th of every month
- Performance-Based Incentives: Eligible for bonuses and other incentives based on performance
Employment Terms
- Office hours
- 11am - 7pm.
- 6 days working.
- On days of events, timings can be extended.
- At-Will Employment: The employment relationship is at-will, and either party may terminate it at any time with a 1-month notice. A minimum of 3-month commitment is required.
The position involves, but is not limited to:
Space & Event Management
- Overseeing the scheduling and preparation of spaces for classes, workshops, and events.
- Handling event logistics, including setup, tear-down, and managing vendors.
- Coordinating with guest speakers, instructors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of events.
Administrative Support
- Maintaining an organized filing system for student records, event registrations, and payment tracking.
- Responding to inquiries from students, parents, and event participants.
- Managing emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication in a timely and professional manner.
Customer & Community Relations
- Engaging with students, parents, and community members, fostering positive relationships and addressing any concerns.
- Handling follow-up communications for workshops, courses, and other events.
- Updating and maintaining the center’s database for effective communication and outreach.
Collaboration with Teams
- Collaborating with the CEO to help plan and execute events.
- Providing input on social media content by offering insights into ongoing events and activities.
- Assisting in brainstorming ideas for promotional materials, both online and offline.
Other Responsibilities
- Assisting in preparing materials and documentation for workshops, including printed materials and handouts.
- Helping with photography, video documentation, or any other tasks during events or workshops.
- Supporting the team with overflow tasks during peak periods.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with basic office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
- Previous experience in event coordination or customer service is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
