Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced People Soft Developer with a proven track record of designing, developing, and supporting People Soft applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in People Tools, People Code, Application Engine, and Integration Broker, along with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and customize People Soft applications to meet business requirements.
Write, test, and debug People Code, Application Engine, and SQR scripts.
Configure and manage People Soft components, including Application Designer, Workflow, and Security.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Collaborate with business analysts, end-users, and technical teams to understand requirements and provide effective solutions.
Implement and maintain People Soft integrations using Integration Broker, REST, and SOAP.
Stay updated with the latest People Soft upgrades, patches, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
10+ years of hands-on experience in People Soft development.
Strong expertise in People Tools, People Code, Application Engine and Integration Broker.
Experience with modules like HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions is a plus.
Solid understanding of relational databases (Oracle/SQL Server) and SQL.
Familiarity with upgrading and patching People Soft applications.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
