You’ll have an opportunity to work with a diverse set of enabling platform technologies, supporting FICO’s most critical clients. This role provides the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of our business and work closely with product development, product management, and sales/pre-sales team(s) to deliver significant value to our clients.” – VP, Global Customer Support

What You’ll Contribute

  • Manage the operations and stability of the environments in accordance with established procedures and best practices,
  • Help identify continuous process and procedural improvements.
  • Drive incidents to resolution during scheduled upgrade activities and tasks.
  • Assist management with assigned projects.
  • Assist in incident and investigation resolution.

What We’re Seeking

  • 4+ years of experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced Linux OS experience.
  • Experience and knowledge of multi-layered distributed application systems, including relational databases, messaging services (i.e. Kafka), deployed on containerized services (Kubernetes) and cloud services (AWS)
  • Experience with real-time client solutions, including client business logic and requirements.
  • Knowledge of application deployment technologies (JBoss, Tomcat, Apache Server, etc)
  • Working knowledge of networking systems and protocols, firewalls, and TCP/IP networks, standards, and architectures
  • Familiarity with ITIL standards and technologies.
  • Comfortable to work in shifts.
  • Scripting/programming experience with Python or UNIX Shell is a plus.
  • Ambitious and self-driven.
