Position: Oracle Cloud HCM Functional- Absence, OTLLocation: Hyderabad/RemoteRoles and Responsibilities:7+ years of experience in Functional areas of work with a minimum of 3 years in Oracle Cloud in Absence and OTL.Proficiency in Absence and OTL modules of Oracle HCM Cloud.Good understanding and work experience in Fast FormulasWorking experience in another module other than Absence and OTL is also requiredProficiency in understanding client requirements and mapping them with the delivered features of the productIdentifying Gaps and proposing potential workarounds to the clientEstimation of work for Vanilla implementation and for Personalizations/work-arounds and Reports/integrations/enhancements neededClient presentations and Demos for some modulesProficiency in understanding the client’s support needs and Sierra-Cedar’s delivery models that would suit the client.Proposal creation and responses to RFP with overall solutionUnderstanding the nuances of new releases and features to update clients on newer solutions and newer estimationsOwnership of delivery and customer relationship for the project that is being managedMentoring and guidance to the project team. Quality tracking and team feedback.Status reporting to internal stakeholders and the clientCoordinate with Oracle SMEs as needed to arrive at the industry-leading solutions for the clients.Provide out-of-the-box solutions when the situation demandsOther Skills/Requirements:· Ability to conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions in Fusion applications.· Exhibit effective analytical skills & organizational skills.· Good command over spoken & written English.· Effectively manages scope and customer expectations on individual assignments.· Follows through on all assignments and takes ownership of customer issue.
