Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Functional/Technical Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Applications (ERP) , with a strong background in Pre-Sales , Solutioning , and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies . In this leadership role, you will play a key part in architecting cutting-edge solutions for large-scale enterprises and leading the development of compelling proposals and strategies for clients across various industries.

As a Solution Architect , you will work closely with sales teams, technical teams, and clients to design scalable, high-performance Oracle Fusion ERP solutions, while driving the Go-to-Market strategies and ensuring successful delivery in pre-sales and post-sales phases.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Solutioning & Architecture :
  • Lead the design and architecture of Oracle Fusion ERP solutions (ERP, HCM, SCM, etc.) for complex client environments.
  • Provide functional and technical leadership in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (including ERP, HCM, SCM, etc.) across various industries.
  • Define the solution strategy and architecture, considering client business requirements and Oracle Fusion capabilities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and technical teams, to ensure alignment of proposed solutions with business needs.
  • Pre-Sales Engagement :
  • Engage with sales teams and clients in the pre-sales phase , driving solution presentations, demos, and business value propositions.
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions with clients to map out functional requirements and provide detailed technical solutions.
  • Develop compelling proposal documents , RFP responses, and presentations that address client business challenges with Oracle Fusion ERP solutions.
  • Participate in client workshops , discovery calls, and meetings to clearly articulate the value and benefits of Oracle Fusion solutions.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy :
  • Lead the development and execution of Go-to-Market strategies for Oracle Fusion ERP solutions, including identifying target markets, competitive differentiation, and positioning strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective market entry strategies , promotional materials, and messaging for Oracle Fusion solutions.
  • Drive industry-specific solutioning , focusing on high-value Oracle Fusion capabilities tailored for specific verticals (e.g., Manufacturing, Financial Services, Retail, etc.).
  • Client Relationship Management :
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor during solutioning and throughout the implementation process.
  • Provide thought leadership in Oracle Fusion ERP and work closely with clients to deliver value-added insights and recommendations.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship :
  • Mentor junior architects and consultants, providing guidance and ensuring best practices are followed during solution design and implementation.
  • Support in the development of best practices for the solutioning process, contributing to continuous improvement in delivery methodologies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration :
  • Work closely with Oracle product teams , third-party vendors , and internal stakeholders to ensure the latest solution offerings and innovations are leveraged.
  • Actively contribute to the development and refinement of Oracle Fusion methodologies and frameworks within the organization.

Key Requirements :

  • Experience :
  • 10-15 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, etc.), with a focus on both functional and technical aspects.
  • Proven track record in Solution Architecture , specifically within Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions.
  • Experience in Pre-Sales activities , including proposal development , solutioning , and client presentations .
  • Strong understanding of Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for enterprise-level solutions, including positioning, competitive analysis, and sales enablement.
  • Core Skills :
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP Modules (e.g., Oracle Financials Cloud , Oracle Procurement Cloud , Oracle HCM Cloud , Oracle SCM Cloud ).
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) , Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) , and Oracle Service Bus (OSB) .
  • Deep understanding of enterprise architecture , system design, and integration patterns.
  • Experience with functional and technical architecture aspects of cloud-to-cloud and cloud-to-on-premise integrations .
  • Ability to articulate and demonstrate the business value of Oracle Fusion ERP solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Soft Skills :
  • Strong communication , presentation , and client-facing skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and work cross-functionally with Sales , Marketing , and Product teams .
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Preferred Skills :
  • Certifications in Oracle Fusion Applications or Oracle Cloud (e.g., Oracle Cloud ERP , Oracle HCM Cloud , etc.).
  • Experience working with industry-specific solutions (e.g., Finance, Manufacturing, Retail).
  • Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.

Educational Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , Business Administration , or related fields.
  • Oracle certifications are a plus (e.g., Oracle Cloud ERP Certification , Oracle Fusion HCM Certification ).
