Our solutions leverage cutting-edge technologies such as AI/ML, Blockchain, and Cloud to deliver next-generation products for the financial industry.
We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to oversee and drive multiple technology programs and product implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, stakeholder coordination, and delivery excellence, preferably within the Banking/FinTech domain.

Plan, manage, and deliver end-to-end technical programs and product implementations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, Clients) to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Manage dependencies, risks, and change requests proactively.
Conduct sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives under Agile/Scrum methodology.
Ensure compliance with quality, security, and regulatory standards (especially in banking projects).

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA/PMP certification a plus).
~7–10 years of experience in program/project management within product or technology environments.
~ Proven track record of delivering SaaS, enterprise, or banking/fintech platforms.
~ Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum frameworks, and DevOps culture.
~ Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
~ Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.

Preferred Experience
Prior experience with Banking, BFSI, or Trade Finance platforms.
Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Exposure to emerging technologies like Blockchain or AI/ML.
