Where AI Meets Integrity.We’re redesigning every visual touchpoint—from in‑app illustrations to product branding—and hiring an Illustration Artist / 2D Designer to bring creativity, clarity, and personality to our visual ecosystem.Role OverviewAs an Illustration Artist / 2D Designer at YAL.ai, you'll craft bespoke 2D visuals—characters, icons, environments, editorial illustrations, and UI elements—that enhance storytelling and user experience across mobile, web, and marketing channels. Your work will define the visual voice of our brand.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate expressive and narrative-driven illustrations: characters, icons, scenes, editorial art, UI assets, and campaign visuals.Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, and Art Direction teams to align visual style with brand tone and product goals.Iterate artwork based on feedback and design needs; ensure visual consistency, style adherence, and high-quality outputsDevelop and maintain style guides, colour palettes, and illustration assets for cross-functional use.Deliver on schedule and manage multiple illustration projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.Experience & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Illustration, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred.Experience: 5+ years crafting high-quality 2D illustrations in in-house or agency settings, delivering across digital media.Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing character art, icons, editorial illustrations, and UI/UX visuals.Essential Skills & ProficiencySoftware Mastery: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate (or similar), with knowledge of vector and raster workflows.Artistic Foundations: Strong grasp of composition, colour theory, silhouette, visual storytelling, and adaptability across styles.Technical Awareness: Understanding of file formats, resolution requirements, cross-platform usage (web, mobile, print).Soft Skills & Work EthosExceptional attention to detail, consistency, and visual polish.Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, articulating visual decisions, and incorporating feedback.Strong time-management—able to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.Why YAL.ai?Creative Impact: Shape how users experience our brand and platform through distinctive, high-quality visual storytelling.Collaborative Culture: Work closely with UX, Motion, Product, and Art Direction teams on impactful illustrations.Growth & Ownership: High-visibility role in a pioneering communication platform with creative freedom.Mission-Driven: Amplify the human side of AI-driven communication across a global audience.Apply NowSend your CV , Portfolio (Behance / Dribbble / PDF), and sample illustrations to: : HyderabadType: Full-Time | Immediate Joining PreferredCTC: Competitive | Based on Experience
