Graphic Designer at Innovative Maritime Startup
Summary:  Join our Canada-based maritime tech startup as a Graphic Designer We’re transforming the maritime sector with cutting-edge technology and looking for creative talent in India. We’re seeking a Graphic Designer with 2 years of experience to develop assets and illustrations that will be central to the design of our software product and its marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Asset Creation : Design and create visual assets, illustrations, and UI elements for our software product, ensuring it has a cohesive and engaging visual identity.
Other Design Creation : Develop visually compelling graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, illustrations, presentations, and marketing collateral, with a focus on creating assets for our software product.
Brand Consistency : Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent visual identity across the product and marketing materials.
Collaboration : Work closely with the product and development teams to create designs that enhance the user experience and align with the software’s functionality.
Creative Input : Bring innovative design ideas that enhance the software’s visual storytelling, improving its usability and aesthetic appeal.
Project Management : Oversee the design of product assets, ensuring they are delivered on time, meet project specifications, and adhere to quality standards.
Requirements:
Experience : 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio focusing on product design, software assets, and illustrations.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design), and tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Affinity Designer for creating UI/UX assets.
Attention to Detail : A strong eye for detail with a focus on creating pixel-perfect product assets, icons, and illustrations.
Creativity : Ability to create unique, engaging designs that resonate with the user experience and support the functionality of the software product.
Communication : Strong communication skills to understand design requirements, collaborate with teams, and present design concepts effectively.
Adaptability : Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment with a flexible mindset, adapting to evolving design needs.
