Key Responsibilities1. Financial Planning & Strategy● Develop and implement business finance strategies aligned with overall company objectives.● Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.● Partner with leadership to support equity fundraising, including preparation of financial models, investor decks, and due diligence materials.● Provide data-driven recommendations for business growth and capital allocation. 2. Financial Operations (Fin Ops)● Oversee automation of financial processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.● Lead the Finance Operations team, ensuring high standards in data integrity and reporting.● Track, analyze, and report on cash flows to support decision-making.Collaborate with business teams to align financial data with operational performance. 3. Accounting● Oversee end-to-end accounting, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements.● Maintain compliance with statutory requirements, accounting standards, and tax regulations.● Ensure proper reconciliation of accounts, journals, and ledgers.● Implement internal controls to safeguard financial data and prevent discrepancies. 4. Receivables & Credit Management● Monitor accounts receivable, ensuring payments from enterprise clients are collected within agreed timelines (e.g., 30 days).● Establish and maintain credit policies to minimize
