It provides Indian MSMEs with streamlined access to working capital, enhancing their role in India's burgeoning economic landscape and aligning with C2FO's mission to advance sustained business growth worldwideJoining C2TReDS means being part of an innovation-driven company shaping the future of MSME financial empowerment and contributing to India’s economic transformation.About the position – Associate - Compliance, Process & Governance:As part of C2treds, Compliance Associate is expected to independently manage the customer onboarding and assist the Compliance Head in the entire Compliance, Process & Governance function of CFSPL. , Compliance Associate will be reporting into the Compliance Head.As the compliance associate and subject matter expert, the candidate, is responsible for establishing standards and implementing procedures to ensure that the compliance programs throughout CFSPL are effective and efficient in identifying, preventing, detecting, and correcting noncompliance with applicable laws and regulations.Review of all policies and ensure compliance, through a robust Internal Audit system.Compliance Head will need to be upto date with all applicable policies, regulations, notifications, rules etc, published by Reserve
