Job Title: Compliance Officer & Manager – Finance & AccountsLocation: GIFT City, GandhinagarYears of experience - 3About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic professional who is a Chartered Accountant (CA)/ CompanySecretary (CS) to lead compliance and manage finance functions for our Fund operations in GIFTCity. This is a dual-role position involving regulatory compliance under IFSCA/SEBI and fullspectrum finance & accounts management.QualificationsProfessional qualification (CA/CS) with 3 years post qualification experience incompliance and risk management in a listed company or an entity regulated by a financialsector regulatorProficiency in accounting systems and MS Excel.Preference to candidates with knowledge of IFSCA, SEBI (AIF/FME) regulations, SEZcompliances and Indian tax laws.Excellent analytical skills, integrity, and ability to manage multiple priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as designated Compliance Oicer in line with IFSCA guidelines.Establish and implement Fund’s Compliance and Risk Management Framework,including policies for good governance, AML, cyber security, data protection etc.Ensure timely regulatory filings, investor KYC/AML checks, and ongoing compliancemonitoring with IFSCA, SEZ, FEMA, Income tax and other applicable laws.Maintain statutory registers, minutes and licenses as per the regulatory requirements.Prepare and submit quarterly/annual compliance reports to the IFSCA and Trustees andact as primary compliance liaison.Oversee day-to-day accounting, fund accounting, and facilitate in corporate tax filings(GST, TDS etc), budgeting, treasury and investor reporting.Preparation of financial statements and coordinate statutory/tax audits.Liaise with regulators, auditors, custodians, and tax advisors.
