TCS is hiring for SAP Fieldglass (ENGINEER)
Location: Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata and Bangalore, Delhi
Experience: 4 to 8 Years only
Must-Have
1. SAP Fieldglass Functional Consultant with 3+ years of relevant consulting experience in SAP FG Projects. Data migration experience
2. Strong experience in FG Upstream with Ariba, Spend Analysis, Sourcing, Contracts, and Supplier Management
3. Hands-on functional configuration and design experience o Vendor onboarding o Purchase Orders o Sourcing o Invoice Management o Contract Management 4. Knowledge on Contingent Module, Procurement, Analytics and Integrations
5. Participated in at least one large Implementation engagement in the appropriate area including data migration
6. Requirement Gathering workshops to understand business needs, custom fields, templates, approval flows, connector setup, configuration, demo's, SIT, UAT and Go-Live
7. Should be an excellent team player with strong oral and written communication skills
8. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
10. Ability to a. Take quick decisions and multi-task b. Convey messages and ideas clearly to the users
- Responsible for creating and managing Sourcing
- 1. Contract and SLP templates as per business requirements. End-2-End process & integration understanding between other SAP modules for troubleshooting and monitoring (e.g. ECC, S4HANA, MDG)
- 2. Experience in SAP Sourcing/Contracts integration • Fieldglass integration with SuccessFactors CTAG 2011Ver 1.3/JD TCS Confidential • Fieldglass integration with S4HANA and Ariba • Fieldglass integration with MDG
- 3. Liaise between SAP consultants and Business SME's to ensure our client's Procurement requirements are met in the implemented SAP Solution which will focus SAP Fieldglass and integrate with Ariba, S4/HANA
- 4. Prepare functional specifications. • Suggest automations, process and technical. • Review the quarter releases and recommend changes if applicable.
- 5. Release management co-ordination and training for FG product release
