Job Title: Strategy Associate
Location: 100% work from home
Job Overview:
We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Strategy Associate to support the development and execution of business strategies that drive growth and improve operational efficiency. The Strategy Associate will work closely with senior leadership, conducting research, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
Analyze internal and external data to evaluate business performance and identify improvement areas.
Assist in the development of strategic plans, business models, and long-term goals.
Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and proposals for senior management and stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and align strategies across departments.
Monitor the implementation of strategic initiatives and provide progress updates.
Identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Support the evaluation of new business opportunities, partnerships, and investments.
Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in strategy, management consulting, or a related analytical role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights effectively.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
