Role Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS and Sales Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and analysing sales data, coordinating with sales teams, and providing timely and accurate reports to support decision-making. This role demands strong analytical skills, organizational abilities, and excellent communication to ensure smooth operations and alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
MIS Management
Create, maintain, and update sales-related data and reports using tools like Excel and CRM
Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports and systems.
Sales and Marcom Support
Act as a point of contact between the sales team and other departments.
Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and client communications.
Track and manage sales leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM.
Assist in coordinating sales meetings, trainings, and events.
Administrative Support
Handle documentation, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks related to sales.
Monitor inventory levels (if applicable) and coordinate with procurement or logistics teams.
Process Improvement
Identify and suggest process improvements to streamline sales and MIS operations.
Stay updated with industry trends and software enhancements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in MIS or sales coordination roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Prior experience in the event or corporate services industry is an advantage.
