With streamlined processes and complete visibility, exporters save time, cut costs, and gain control over their processes—all while strengthening trust with their clients.Pazago enables exporters to focus on growth with a platform that simplifies every step of the journey.Responsibilities:Support end-to-end pricing operations for Export & Import (FCL/LCL) across Pan India.Assist in managing RFQs, rate negotiations, and carrier interactions to ensure competitive pricing.Coordinate with sales teams to provide timely, cost-effective quotations for customer queries.Collaborate with operations to ensure SOP compliance and execution of pricing strategies.Monitor market trends and gather intelligence to support pricing decisions and updates.Liaise with overseas agents and vendors for international pricing and service optimization.Participate in rate filing and contract negotiations with shipping linesMaintain and update pricing databases, ensuring accuracy and consistency.Support in setting up and managing CFS (Container Freight Station) pricing structures for both Import & Export.Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements in pricing workflow.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.3+ years of experience in pricing or operations within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.Strong understanding of Ocean & Air Freight operations (Export & Import).Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Excel and pricing management tools.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.Fast learner with the ability to adapt to evolving business needs.Location - MumbaiCompany Profile - The All-in-One Export Management Platform | PazagoLinkedIn - Pazago: Overview | LinkedIn
