Xbattery is hiring a senior PCB design engineer specializing in BMS (Battery Management Systems) and Power Electronics.Note: A minimum of five years of experience designing PCBs is necessary. Please don't apply if you do not have experience .ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop complex multi-layer PCB layouts for BMS and power conversion systemsLead PCB design efforts for high-current, high-voltage applications with emphasis on safety and reliabilityImplement protection circuits and isolation requirements for battery systemsExperience with battery safety standardsIntegration of temperature monitoring systemsDesign of communication interfaces (CAN, I2C, SPI)Proficiency in Altium Designer or Cadence AllegroEMI/EMC compliance design techniquesAdvanced layer stack-up planningImpedance-controlled routingPower integrity and signal integrity analysisThermal simulation and analysisEMC/EMI testing and validationDesign rule checks (DRC) and electrical rule checks (ERC)Interface with component suppliers and PCB manufacturersConduct simulations (e.g., SPICE) and perform design verification tests.Validate PCB designs for high voltage (up to 800V) and high-power applications.Create design documentation, including schematics, BOMs, and assembly drawings.Collaborate with firmware and software engineers to ensure seamless integration.
