Job Overview: Lead the creative design process and manage projects from concept to completion at Space Palette, ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction. You'll be responsible for developing innovative design concepts, overseeing every phase of the project, and delivering results that exceed client expectations while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and develop design concepts that align with client goals and project requirements
  • Produce detailed drawings, mood boards, and presentations to communicate design intent effectively
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget
  • Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and contractors to address design challenges and achieve project objectives
  • Mentor and guide fellow designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering their professional development
  • Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to innovate design solutions

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in interior design, architecture or related field
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Photoshop, Presentation making or other design software
  • Strong conceptual and spatial design skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Understanding of current design trends, materials, and industry standards
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction
  • Experience leading design projects from concept to completion, including managing budgets, timelines, and client relationships
  • Skilled in handling negotiations, managing client expectations, and delivering exceptional customer service
