Software Architect: You're the mastermind behind our multi-product platform We're looking for a talented and experienced Software Architect to design, build, and maintain the architecture of our innovative platform. You'll collaborate closely with leadership and developers to translate business needs into elegant, scalable software solutions. What You'll Do: Be the visionary architect for our multi-product platform, designing and maintaining the overall architecture from the ground up. Partner with Engineering leadership and DevOps to define the system-level architecture for the project. Champion best practices in software engineering and architecture, ensuring our platform is built on a solid foundation. Bridge the gap between business and technology. Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to deeply understand business requirements and translate them into exceptional software solutions. Develop detailed technical specifications and architecture diagrams, ensuring clarity and alignment. Lead by example Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers, fostering a culture of best practices, on-time delivery, and efficiency. Dive deep into the code. Participate in code reviews and provide insightful feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability. Be a tech-savvy architect. Stay at the forefront of the industry by actively learning about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in software development. Explore and integrate cutting-edge Machine Learning solutions to enhance our platform's capabilities. The Skills You Bring: Mastery of multiple programming languages. In-depth knowledge of the .NET Core and .NET framework (C#), along with related technologies like ASP.NET, Web API, and SQL Server. Proven experience in designing and implementing software solutions using various architectural patterns (Microservices, SOA, Event-Driven Architecture). Familiarity with front-end technologies like Angular and Flutter is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a diverse team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle technical challenges. What We're Looking For: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Experience working with Azure Cloud. At least 8 years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 3 years as a Development Team Lead or Software Architect. Prior experience building CRM and/or Trading systems is a significant advantage
