Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic Data Analyst join our team. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with business operations and to create and optimize workflow processes.


Responsibilities:


  • Analyze large and complex datasets from various sources, including Redshift, to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain visually compelling and interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that track key business metrics, KPIs, and performance trends.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, marketing, operations) to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Perform deep dive analyses to identify trends, user behaviors, and opportunities for optimization across eCommerce platforms (desktop, mobile, and apps).
  • Conduct A/B testing analysis and provide insights to support product and marketing decision-making.
  • Work with engineering teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting and analytics systems.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
  • Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new tools, and best practices in data analysis and eCommerce analytics.


Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with at least 3 years focused on eCommerce platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
  • Solid experience with Redshift or similar cloud-based data warehouses.
  • Proven experience analyzing data from major eCommerce platforms, especially in the context of .com websites or mobile applications .
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with querying large datasets.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and languages, such as Python, R, or similar tools, is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce metrics and KPIs, including conversion rates, customer lifetime value (CLTV), retention, and product performance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to dive deep into data and extract meaningful insights.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Experience with machine learning or predictive analytics is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or Business Analytics.
