Experience:15+ years (with 5+ years in AI/ML/GenAI architecture)Role Type:Individual Contributor | Full-timeAI & Data – GenAI Solutioning & Architecture(Senior Director Team)Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect and deliver GenAI, LLM, and Agentic AI solutions leveraging frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or CrewAI.Design enterprise-grade AI architectures on Azure (preferred) or other hyperscalers (GCP, AWS).Lead solutioning and proposal development for RFPs/RFIs — including estimations, solution decks, and architecture presentations.Partner with clients as a trusted AI advisor, shaping their AI adoption roadmaps and transformation journeys.Build reusable reference architectures, accelerators, and GenAI frameworks for scalable deployments.Integrate data engineering pipelines and ensure robust MLOps / LLMOps governance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams — data engineers, architects, and business leaders — to enable full-lifecycle AI delivery.Stay current with emerging GenAI tools, frameworks, and enterprise AI governance best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications15+ years total IT experience; 5+ years in AI/ML/GenAI solution architecture.Hands-on proficiency in Python, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.Strong experience with Azure AI stack – Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Search, AI Studio, Cognitive Services.Deep understanding of GenAI design patterns, Agentic AI frameworks, and Copilot architectures.Proven background in MLOps / LLMOps, including model lifecycle, deployment, and CI/CD.Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or Palantir platforms is a plus.Demonstrated ability to handle client-facing solutioning, pre-sales, and technical proposal creation.Azure / GCP / AWS AI certifications preferred.Exposure to regulated industries (BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Public Sector) is an advantage.Soft SkillsStrong solution storytelling and stakeholder management abilities.Excellent communication and presentation skills for CXO-level discussions.Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently in fast-paced global environments.
