About the RoleTechtinium Technologies is seeking a creative, organized, and detail-driven Communications Associate to support our client in amplifying their impact and fostering connections across diverse audiences. This is a growth-oriented opportunity—ideal for candidates with strong communication or content skills who are eager to learn and build a career in community engagement, stakeholder development, and communications.You’ll receive hands-on training and mentorship in engagement strategies and development practices, helping you grow your skills in a collaborative, mission-focused environment.Responsibilities- Craft compelling content for newsletters, email campaigns, social media, and blogs that showcase the nonprofit’s mission and impact.- Tailor messaging to different donor segments (monthly supporters, mid-level donors, lapsed contributors) using Pardot.- Engage with donors and supporters by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and cultivating relationships.- Collaborate with internal and external teams to brainstorm, plan, and implement fundraising campaigns and donor programs.- Write and update donor correspondence, including thank-you letters and gift acknowledgments, using Word and Mail Merge.- Support donor stewardship activities (donor recognition, regular engagement touchpoints).- Help manage donor/prospect data in a CRM (training provided).- Contribute to event logistics for donor cultivation activities (virtual and in-person).- Analyze communication approaches and suggest fresh ideas to improve storytelling, donor engagement, and campaign results.- Support end-to-end campaign execution, aligning all messaging and engagement strategies with fundraising goals and brand voice.What We’re Looking For- 2+ years of experience in communications, writing, project management, or campaign implementation.- Strong creative thinking and ability to turn complex ideas into clear, inspiring content.- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).- Experience with Pardot, Mail Merge, Microsoft Word, or similar content tools, or a willingness to learn.- Eager to learn and grow in nonprofit fundraising, donor engagement, and development.- Basic experience with CRM tools (Salesforce/Excel) is helpful; willingness to learn is essential.- Detail-oriented, well organized, and able to manage multiple priorities smoothly.- Collaborative mindset, comfortable working across diverse teams.Perks & Benefits- Competitive salary package (₹6,00,000 per annum).- Medical insurance for employees and immediate family.- Access to mentorship, training, and professional growth in the nonprofit sector.- Opportunity to work on a meaningful mission supporting positive social impact.- Friendly, collaborative, and creative work environment.
