- Experience with Service Now process workflow, fulfillment, management and reporting
- Profoundly client focused and excellent team worker
- Hands on experience in configuration and installation for LAN/WAN network devices
- Protocols: TCP/IP, BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, PBR, IPSEC, GRE, DMVPN, RPVST/STP, VTP
- Hands on experience in Data Center Network management
- Hands on working experience with Cisco ISR. ASR Routers
- Hands on experience with Cisco ACI, Catalyst & Nexus switches
- Hands on experience with Silver Peak SD-WAN

- Must understand network architecture analysis and engineering implementation
- Ability to consistently look into network administration to the diagnose and resolve of network problems
- Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Excellent in communicators (written and verbal) and team player
- Ready to work in flexible hours and must have adept customer-service skills
