We are proudly expanding our services PAN India with successful partnerships across preschools and primary institutions.Role Overview:We are looking for a passionate and energetic Assistant Coach to join our team in Coimbatore. As an Assistant Coach, you will support the Senior Coach in planning and delivering engaging multi-sport sessions for children. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with kids, has a strong interest in sports, and wants to grow in the field of youth coaching and sports education.Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in conducting multi-sport training sessions for children aged 2 to 15
• Support the Senior Coach in session planning and delivery Engage with children in a fun, energetic, and child-friendly manner
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during sessions
• Assist in organizing school events, sports days, and inter-school activities
• Help monitor children's progress and provide feedback to the coaching teamQualifications & Skills:
• Background in Physical Education, Sports Science, or any relevant field preferred
• Prior experience in coaching or working with children is a plus(not mandatory)
• Passionate about sports and youth development
• Energetic, patient, and a good communicator
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
