This is a full-time, on-site role for a Learning and Development Specialist located in Nagpur. They will work closely with faculty and staff to identify training needs, create instructional materials, and deliver engaging training sessions. Additionally, the specialist will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.

Training & Development and Learning Management skills
Expertise in Instructional Design and Coaching
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Relevant experience in the education sector is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field
