Act as Scrum Master for two large agile teams across mobile and web product verticals. Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies – Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Mobile Apps : Customer, Partner & Ops (Flutter), Web Applications : GK360, Partner Web (React JS), Backend Services : Node.js, QA : Selenium-based testing, Product Managers. Drive cross-functional collaboration among Product Owners, Deliver Manager, Developers, and QA teams. Ensure timely and quality delivery of product increments across the Customer, Partner, and Ops platforms. Maintain and track product backlogs, sprint progress, burndown charts , and development velocity. Proactively identify bottlenecks, risks, and dependencies – and work to remove blockers. Promote Agile best practices and coach teams for continuous improvement. Help refine and manage Release Plans and development lifecycle documentation . Leverage data to track productivity and sprint health , and surface insights for better delivery planning. 7–9 years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, with at least 3+ years as a Scrum Master . ~ Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, SAFe or (preferred). ~ Experience managing multiple scrum teams simultaneously , ideally across mobile and web platforms . ~ Flutter (for mobile apps), React JS (for web apps), Node.js (backend), Selenium (QA automation)~ Proficient in Agile tracking tools like Zoho Sprints. ~ Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. ~ Proven ability to map and manage software development life cycles (SDLC) for Saa S products. ~ Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) preferred. Exposure to Dev Ops workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and release management. Experience working with remote or distributed agile teams. Knowledge of OKRs/KPIs to track team effectiveness and delivery quality. Autonomy and ownership of agile delivery cycles
