With a team of 40 dedicated professionals, Cretekala combines innovation and creativity to shape the landscape of decorative concrete design.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Designer at our Nashik location. The Product Designer will be responsible for creating and refining product designs, conducting user research and UX research, and applying design thinking principles. Day-to-day tasks will include developing visually appealing and functional products, collaborating with team members, and ensuring design quality and consistency across all products.Qualifications- Visual Design and Product Design skills- Experience with Design Thinking principles- User Research and UX Research skills- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities- Bachelor's degree in Design, Industrial Design, or a related field
