Location of Requirement **Ahmedabad, Chennai, Hyderabad, New Delhi
Professional Skill Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Success Factors Succession Planning and career development planning
Minimum 1 End to End implementation experience in SF SPCDP including experience should have basic knowledge of other modules
Understanding of business processes related to Core HR
Certified in Success Factors Succession, Career Development and Mentoring is a plus
The candidate must have strong problem-solving skills, be self-directed, and be capable of working with minimal supervision.
Must have a strong, demonstrated commitment to customer service and be committed to a proactive review of processes and procedures to continually enhance service quality, service delivery, and support.
Good interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
Ability to travel to client sites
Track record of creating enduring client relationships based on trust, successful business development and credible program execution.
Good analytical thinking.
Ability to engage stakeholders.
Takes ownership of problems and respond in a proactive manner where appropriate.
Willing to take on new solutions/applications where applicable and ensure successful integration and support for the business
Willing to work based on clients’ business work days and office hours
