Role OverviewThis is ahigh-ownership, part-time founding rolewhere you will architect, deploy, and manage our AWS infrastructure powering XenonLabs Cloud and XeAgent AI workloads.You will:Set up scalable backend infrastructureCreate CI/CD pipelinesManage Kubernetes environmentsEnsure security, reliability, and smooth deploymentsSupport both SaaS workloads and AI agent operationsYou will directly collaborate with the founding team and help set the long-term engineering foundation.Key ResponsibilitiesAWS Infrastructure (Core)Architect and manage AWS services (EC2, VPC, RDS, Lambda, S3, CloudFront, IAM, CloudWatch).Build scalable and secure environments for SaaS + AI agent workloads.CI/CD & AutomationBuild and maintain automated deployment pipelines (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / Jenkins).Enable rapid, safe, and consistent releases.Containers & OrchestrationManage and optimizeDockerandEKS/ECSclusters.Ensure reliable scaling for multi-agent systems and API services.Infra-as-Code & MonitoringWrite Terraform or CloudFormation for reproducible infrastructure.Implement observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch).Security & ComplianceEnforce identity, access, encryption, network segmentation, and compliance practices.Support XeAgent’s enterprise-grade security framework.Founding-Level OwnershipRecommend and define tooling, cloud strategy, and DevOps roadmap.Make architecture decisions that impact long-term product growth.Requirements6+ years of DevOps/SRE/Cloud Engineering experienceDeep expertise withAWS (Must)Experience withDocker, Kubernetes (EKS preferred)Strong CI/CD automation experienceSolid scripting skills (Python, Bash, Go)Strong understanding of cloud security, networking, and distributed systemsAbility to operate independently with minimal guidanceComfortable working12–15 hours/weekin a high-impact roleNice to HaveExperience in SaaS platforms (ERP/CRM/HRM)Experience with AI/ML deployment workloadsAWS CertificationsPrior startup/founding team experienceWhat We OfferFounding EngineertitleSignificant equity ownershipFlexible weekly commitment (12–15 hours)Full autonomy over cloud and DevOps architectureOpportunity to shape a fast-growing AI + SaaS ecosystemCompensationEquity Onlyat this stage (0.X% – X% based on depth of ownership)Compensation will activate post-funding
