Partner with relevant stakeholders across business units to build a lasting relationship and gain their confidence during engagement • Obtain and analyse data and prepare reports to communicate the insights to relevant stakeholders as per the governance structure and implement recommendations in collaboration with the client team members • Attend and conduct continual developments and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights A Consultant’s position for DMS is quite challenging, illuminating, and a super flexible career. You will work on optimizing the people's performance, building operational strategies, resolving corporate finance issues, etc. Hiring candidate with 0 to 1 year of experience • Preferred - MBA in Operations, Finance or Marketing or +2 years of experience after your undergraduate degree • Ability to work collaboratively with the team creating a positive work culture • Capability of handling an engagement or a project and the team members deployed for the same • Ability to be comfortable with change implementation; Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
