Place : Aerocity, Delhi

Your Roles and Responsibilities
Design digital and print collaterals (not limited to banners, social media posters, social media creatives, technical reports, presentations etc.) as per client requirements
Collaborate with the client servicing team to establish the mood boards for client deliverables and follow that consistently.
Collaborate with the client social media team to develop branding templates and innovate to solve basic client feedback.
Update designs in response to input basis internal and external feedback.
Crack ideas/visuals individually and with the team and come up with design concepts based on the research.
Maintain clear communication and transparency with the internal teams and client team, if needed with guidance from the team lead.
Explore opportunities to add value to the brand that is being handled
Conceptualize complex visuals into simple, creative and impactful collateral
Quickly turnarounds graphics across various formats like social media posts, reels, social media friendly snackable content
Should be proficient in designing infographics, report cover concepts and design, emailers, posters, illustrations, etc.
Illustrate concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, color, size, type and style, and related aesthetic concepts
Editing and animation knowledge of other mediums of visual communications like video editing, motion graphic, gifs, text animation and 2 D graphic animation
What You’ll Need (must haves for the role) :
3 to 5 years of relevant work experience as a graphic designer
Bachelor’s degree or advance diploma in graphic design or related field
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop, In Design).
Thorough understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of social media platforms and trends and marketing practices
Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After effects, Animate)
A portfolio of work that demonstrates your skills and abilities
What Would Be Nice to Have
Experience managing large account portfolios
Proven experience with concept development
