As we scale from $10M to $20M+ revenue in FY26, we need exceptional leaders to build and guide high-performing procurement teams.Role PurposeLead, develop, and scale a world-class procurement operations team that powers both Teceze's internal procurement excellence and our rapidly growing Secure Sourcing PaaS client engagements. You'll build the systems, processes, and team capabilities that enable consistent 12–18% savings, >95% on-time delivery, and exceptional client satisfaction across 95+ countries. This is a player-coach role requiring both strategic leadership and hands-on operational excellence as you grow your team from 5 to 15+ analysts while doubling PaaS revenue.QualificationsMust-Have- 10+ years in IT procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain with 4+ years in people management leading teams of 5+ professionals- Proven track record of building, scaling, and developing high-performing procurement teams in fast-growth environments- Deep expertise in IT procurement across multiple categories: networking, compute/storage, security, cloud, software licensing, professional services- Demonstrated success delivering 10–20% cost savings through strategic sourcing, supplier management, and process optimization at scale- Strong financial acumen including P&L management, budget ownership, margin analysis, ROI modeling, and executive financial reporting- Experience managing procurement for both internal operations and external client engagements (PaaS or managed services delivery)- Hands-on expertise with procurement systems: ERP (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle), e-sourcing platforms, contract management, spend analytics, CPQ- Excellent stakeholder management skills including executive-level communication, cross-functional leadership, and client relationship management- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations- Experience managing global teams across time zones with rotating coverage models for 24/7 operations- Proven ability to build standard operating procedures, quality control processes, and scalable workflows- Track record of driving organizational change, system implementations, and process transformation initiativesNice-to-Have- Experience in IT services, MSP, systems integrator, or technology distribution environments- Previous experience scaling procurement teams from 5 to 15+ members while maintaining quality and culture- Direct experience delivering Procurement-as-a-Service or managed procurement for external clients- Understanding of PaaS business models, tiered service delivery, and SLA-based client management- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001, GDPR) and audit requirements for procurement- Knowledge of supply-chain risk management, business continuity planning, and geopolitical risk assessment- Experience with software licensing complexity (ELAs, true-ups, license optimization) and hardware lifecycle management- Background in multi-country procurement including VAT/GST, customs/duties, import regulations, and local compliance- Professional certifications: CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management), CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional), CIPS, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma- Advanced skills in data analytics, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), and process automation platforms- Experience in high-growth companies scaling from $50M to $200M+ revenue
