Job Description – Freelance Articulate Graphic Designer (Level 3)Contract Duration: 2–3 MonthsLocation Preference: NCR (Delhi / Noida / Gurugram)Experience: 5–6 YearsIndustry: Training & E-LearningProject Type: Automobile Client – Content DevelopmentAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Freelance Articulate Graphic Designer (Level 3) to support us in developing high-quality e-learning content for an automobile project. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Articulate 360 , PowerPoint design , and visual content development, with prior experience creating training modules for automobile clients .Key ResponsibilitiesE-Learning DevelopmentDevelop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360Incorporate triggers, interactions, quizzes, branching scenarios, and animations (Level 3 complexity)Convert training material and storyboards into engaging learning screensGraphic & Visual DesignCreate layouts, icons, infographics, and visual elements for digital learningEnhance overall look and feel of e-learning contentMaintain brand style and consistency across modulesContent & PPT DevelopmentStructure and organise raw content into well-flowing learning modulesDesign and enhance PowerPoint presentations for training deliveryConvert PPTs into e-learning modules wherever requiredAutomobile Training ProjectsWork on content related to automobile product features, sales processes, customer handling, etc.Understand domain-specific terminology and dealership-focused training needsRequired Skills & Experience5–6 years of experience in e-learning development and graphic designStrong hands-on expertise with Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise)Excellent PowerPoint design and visual storytelling skillsExperience creating Level 3 interactive e-learning contentPrior work experience with automobile clients (mandatory)Ability to work independently on tight timelinesStrong communication, creativity, and attention to detailPreferred QualificationsBased in NCR region (Delhi/Noida/Gurugram)Experience working on project-based or freelance assignmentsFamiliarity with instructional design principlesContract DetailsEngagement: Freelance / Project-basedDuration: 2–3 monthsStart Date: Immediate / As soon as possible
