We are seeking a passionate and strategic Brand Manager to be the guardian of our brand's identity and voice. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping how the world sees us, ensuring every interaction with our brand reinforces our mission and values.

Develop and execute a clear brand strategy defining value proposition, target audience, and positioning in the market.
• Create, maintain, and enforce brand guidelines for consistent communication, visuals, and tone across all channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to design impactful campaigns, product launches, and PR initiatives.
• Conduct ongoing market research, competitive benchmarking, and audience analysis to stay ahead of trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee brand content development including social media creatives, blogs, video scripts, and educational resources.
• Measure and analyze brand performance metrics such as awareness, sentiment, and engagement to optimize strategy.
• Act as the brand custodian ensuring internal teams and external partners reflect brand identity consistently.
• Support crisis communication efforts by maintaining positive brand perception during challenging situations.

5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles, preferably in fintech or technology sectors.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related disciplines.
• Strong creative vision with data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Proven expertise in managing digital campaigns, social media branding, and influencer collaborations.
• Experience with brand analytics tools to track KPIs and measure success effectively.
• Project management excellence with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Passion for fintech innovation, investment trends, and financial literacy awareness.
