Growth Specialist

As a Growth Specialist at Airtel Finance, you will focus on driving growth initiatives across all financial products, contributing to awareness creation, user engagement, consideration, conversion, and advocacy. While you won’t own P&L or business metrics directly, your success will be measured by how effectively you generate awareness, improve user interactions, and influence the conversion funnel. This role requires a growth-hacker mindset, creative problem-solving, and hands-on execution. You will work on experimenting with innovative tactics such as Refer and Earn , Gratification Programs , and Gamification to drive user engagement and adoption. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will optimize product outreach and leverage data to iterate on your strategies, constantly pushing for better results. Key Responsibilities: Growth Strategy Development: Collaborate with product, marketing, and analytics teams to create and execute growth strategies across Airtel Finance's portfolio of products (Personal Loans, Gold Loans, Business Loans, EMI Cards, Credit Cards, etc.). Identify and implement creative growth opportunities through data-driven insights, market trends, and user feedback. Growth Program Execution (e.g., Refer & Earn, Gamification, Gratification): Strategize, plan, and execute high-impact programs like Refer and Earn , Gratification Programs , and Gamification to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Design incentive-driven campaigns that encourage existing users to refer friends, earn rewards, and actively engage with Airtel Finance’s offerings. Create gamified experiences and rewards systems to enhance user experience, increase product adoption, and boost customer advocacy. Awareness and User Engagement: Lead efforts to drive awareness for Airtel Finance products through creative campaigns across channels like social media, SEO, influencer marketing, and digital content. Implement campaigns that encourage users to explore and engage with different Airtel Finance products. Utilize multiple digital channels (e.g., paid media, content marketing, SEO) to generate high-quality traffic and increase awareness among targeted customer segments. Conversion Optimization: Collaborate with product teams to optimize the user journey from awareness to conversion by running experiments that improve sign-up, onboarding, and usage. Run A/B tests and conversion optimization experiments to understand what messaging, designs, or features drive the highest conversion rates. Work closely with marketing to ensure seamless user experience and efficient conversion tactics at key touchpoints. Cross-Product Synergies: Identify opportunities to drive cross-sell and up-sell through integrated campaigns that introduce customers to Airtel Finance’s full suite of products. Create campaigns that educate and guide users to discover and adopt multiple financial products within the Airtel Finance ecosystem. Data-Driven Growth: Use data to measure the performance of campaigns and growth initiatives, track key metrics such as user engagement, referrals, and conversion rates. Leverage analytics tools to provide insights on customer behavior, enabling informed decision-making for campaign optimization. Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and work with stakeholders to adjust strategies based on performance data. Continuous Experimentation: Develop and execute continuous experiments to test new growth ideas, uncover emerging trends, and ensure that Airtel Finance stays at the cutting edge of digital growth tactics. Drive a culture of fast experimentation and iteration, learning quickly from data to drive sustainable growth. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, analytics, and customer support to align growth initiatives across all products. Engage with external partners (agencies, influencers) to extend the reach of growth campaigns and optimize external touchpoints. Skills & Experience Required: Experience: 2-4 years of experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, or growth hacking, preferably in fintech or digital-first brands. Proven experience in designing and executing Referral Programs , Gratification Systems , and Gamification strategies. Experience working across various product categories and executing growth strategies without direct ownership of P&L or business metrics. Skills: Strong understanding of growth tactics such as A/B testing, conversion optimization, referral campaigns, and customer retention strategies. Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush), and customer engagement platforms. Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box and test unconventional growth strategies. Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives. Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with an ability to leverage insights to refine growth strategies.
