About the Role:We are looking for a Technical Lead to manage our development team and execute on existing technology infrastructure. You'll lead a team to deliver projects, maintain our systems, and coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth operations.Key Responsibilities:Team LeadershipManage and mentor the development teamAssign tasks, review code, and ensure timely deliveryExecute projects as directed by leadershipEnsure team follows best practices and coding standardsSystem OperationsMaintain and optimize our in-house system & frontend website (performance, security, uptime)Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across platformsImplement assigned improvements to existing systemsVendor & ERP CoordinationServe as technical liaison with our ERP provider (LeadSquared/LSQ)Manage API integrations between internal systems and external platformsCoordinate with outsourced vendors for seamless operationsCross-Functional Technical SupportEnable marketing team with technical automation, analytics, and toolsProvide technical solutions to business teams within existing infrastructureDocument processes and maintain technical knowledge baseInfrastructure ManagementManage cloud servers (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.)Handle server deployment, configuration, and maintenanceEnsure data consistency and security across platformsMonitor system performance and address bottlenecks proactivelyRequired Qualifications:Experience:7-8 years in software development with team management experienceProven track record of leading development teams and delivering projectsTechnical Expertise (Must Have):PHP frameworks: CodeIgniter, LaravelFrontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScriptCMS: WordPress development and customizationServer Management: AWS (Amazon Web Services), DigitalOcean, or similar cloud platformsServer deployment, configuration, and maintenanceCRM/ERP systems (LeadSquared experience preferred)API integration and database management (MySQL)Version control (Git) and deployment processesMindset & Approach:Execution-focused: Delivers what's assigned without over-engineeringTeam player: Works within established direction from leadershipHands-on leader: Codes alongside team when neededOperations-first: Focuses on maintaining and perfecting existing systemsComfortable managing external vendors and technical partnersPreferred:Node.js experienceEducation sector or service industry experienceExperience supporting non-technical teamsWorking with outsourced technology vendorsEducation:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
