Role Summary :
We are seeking a versatile and skilled Recruitment Specialist with proven experience in sourcing for both IT and non-IT roles. As an IT Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top talent while driving hiring excellence across various functions.
Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

Source, assess, and hire candidates for IT roles such as developers, engineers, project managers, and analysts, as well as non-IT and Industrial role
Adapt sourcing strategies to meet the unique requirements of IT and non-IT positions

Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other platforms to identify active candidates
Implement passive hiring techniques, engaging top-tier talent who are not actively seeking new roles
Maintain and grow a pipeline of diverse talent for current and future hiring needs

Stay informed about trends in IT and non-IT recruitment, including tools, salary benchmarks, and talent availability
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to refine hiring processes and improve results
Qualification
Experience
3+ years of recruitment experience, with a focus on both IT and non-IT role
Proven success in sourcing for diverse positions in startups or high-growth environment
Demonstrated ability to manage the recruitment lifecycle across multiple domain
Skil l
Strong knowledge of IT and non-IT job functions, tools, and terminology
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platform
Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skill
Ability to handle multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
