Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly creative UI/UX Lead to join our talented design team. As a key player in our organization, you will drive the design strategy, ensuring that both the user interface and user experience are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with our product vision. Your work will shape the digital presence of CloudNow Technologies, enhancing user interaction and overall product satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring the creation of user-centered designs for web and mobile platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing, to define and implement innovative design solutions.
  • Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to continuously improve product designs.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Champion design standards, guidelines, and best practices across the organization.
  • Create visually appealing and functional designs that balance creativity with user needs.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage new technologies to continuously evolve design practices.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise.
  • Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools (InVision, Marvel, etc.).
  • Proven experience in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a keen eye for detail and user-centric design.
  • Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions clearly to stakeholders.
  • A passion for creativity, problem-solving, and enhancing user experiences through design.
