Job Title: AI/ML Engineers

Location:PAN India

Experience: 7 to 12 years

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1Architect, plan, and implement Azure cloud infrastructure solutions that balance simplicity, standards, scalability, extensibility, supportability, and integrity

2Provide guidance on core components such as backup, recovery, supervising services within Azure and work with the infrastructure teams with expertise in their respective areas for design, implementation and integration into with on-prem private cloud

3Lead migration teams and stake holder teams during migration efforts and post validation efforts.

4Coordinate activities of applications teams, security, networking, infrastructure and ongoing operational support

5Assist in RFP process, support POCs for existing engagements and new discussionsMust-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and AI systems to address healthcare challenges

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, researchers, and IT, to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions

Develop and implement advanced algorithms and statistical models to solve healthcare-specific problems, such as predictive analytics, patient risk stratification, and medical image analysis

Develop and integrate generative AI models and large language models (LLMs) for tasks such as medical text generation, data augmentation, and synthetic data generation

Optimize and enhance existing machine learning models for better performance and scalability in healthcare settings

Identify and evaluate new technologies to improve performance, maintainability, and reliability of our clients’ machine learning systems

Apply software engineering rigor and best practices to machine learning, including CI/CD, automation, etc.

Support model development, with an emphasis on auditability, versioning, and data security

Facilitate the development and deployment of proof-of-concept machine learning systems

Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and integrate them into ongoing healthcare projects

Mentor and guide junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Communicate findings and recommendations by interreacting with stakeholders to build requirements and track progress

Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security, complying with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA

4+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering roles like GenAI, Statistical Analysis, Data Mining, and Data Visualization, ML framework and libraries TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Keras

3+ years of experience with software engineering using Java, .net, python or any backend and frontend languages

3+ years of experience in Deploying and operationalizing ML Ops

3+ years – Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, SQL Server/NOSQL Databases, Azure ML Studio

Model evaluation and explainability.

Model training and automated retraining.

Experience in leading and mentoring technical teams

Proven track record of successfully delivering AI/ML projects from conception to deployment
