Reports to: Managing Director / CEO
Employment Type: Full-Time
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Manager - F& A would be responsible for overseeing all finance, accounting and reporting activities, as detailed hereafter. The candidate will be involved in supporting and working closely with the senior leadership team of Technavious group.
The key responsibility areas would include but are not limited to the following:
Define and implement the Finance & Accounts (F&A) Organization Structure and manage the F&A Group team of ‘direct & indirect reports’
Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with GAAP standards, IFRS, and other regulatory requirements
Define, implement and monitor F&A related policies, systems and processes
Prepare treasury projections and manage treasury flows – cash collection, bank flows, payments, etc.
Liaise with Banks, Financial Institutions, Investors, etc. and nurture relationships thereto.
Support the technical team in conducting costing exercise for all proposals & offerings of Technavious group
A major element of the role will require responsibility for all tax matters hence the need to have strong understanding of tax laws.
Development & implementation of MIS structure - implementation of integrated financial system (ERP), generation of daily / weekly / monthly MIS reports
Manage the F&A Group team of ‘direct & indirect reports and have hands-on approach with respect to all aspects of Finance & Accounts
Perform any other cognate duties as may be assigned by the Management team
Qualifications, Skill Sets & Experience
A Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 2 years’ post qualification work experience
Exposure to Data Centers / telecom industry would be a major plus
Knowledge of general tax principles and regulatory structures
Good leadership skills – able to lead, manage and develop the F&A team
