About the Role We’re looking for a smart, organized, and customer-friendly individual to manage our product inventory, assist customers, and showcase products over video calls. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing a great customer experience. Key Responsibilities Inventory Management Maintain and update stock records regularly in the system. Coordinate with the team for new arrivals, stock audits, and product dispatch. Ensure all products are properly tagged, organized, and displayed. Customer Management Interact with customers via WhatsApp, Instagram, or phone calls to assist with inquiries and orders. Manage order tracking, follow-ups, and customer feedback. Ensure smooth communication and excellent service throughout the purchase process. Product Showcasing Conduct product display sessions with clients over video calls (Zoom / WhatsApp / Google Meet). Present products confidently, explaining quality, design, and features. Help customers choose the right product as per their preferences. Requirements Strong communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi preferred). Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Web, Shopify or similar platforms). Good organizational and coordination abilities. Prior experience in retail, jewelry, fashion, or customer service is a plus. Presentable and confident personality for customer interactions. Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience.
