Fairfest’s flagship travel event is OTM, which is well-recognised as India’s leading travel event and is the largest B2B travel show in the Asia-Pacific region.


We are now looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across various platforms to enhance the online presence of our trade shows and engage our global audience.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Create and manage a content calendar for all social media platforms.
  • Generate engaging and relevant content, including posts, graphics, and videos, to promote our trade shows.
  • Curate industry-related content to share with our audience and stay abreast of trends.
  • Manage and monitor social media accounts to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Stay updated on each platform's features and algorithms to optimize content performance.
  • Track and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports showcasing key performance indicators and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and event management, to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Implement social media campaigns tailored to drive awareness and participation in our events.
  • Stay updated on social media marketing trends and recommend innovative approaches to enhance our online presence.
  • Utilize video creation and editing skills to develop compelling promotional material for events.
  • Showcase the value and highlights of our trade shows through impactful video content.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Strong creative and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with social media management tools and analytics.
