Position - SAP Ariba Functional ConsultantLocation - Pune/Nagpur - HybridDuration - Full timeJob Description:SAP MM & SCM:Lead configuration and implementation of SAP MM and SCM modules.Analyze and optimize procurement, inventory, and supply chain processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with SAP SD, PP, and FICO.Manage data migration, system enhancements, and performance tuning.SAP Ariba:Implement and support SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Procurement, Supplier Lifecycle).Integrate Ariba with SAP ECC/S4HANA and other enterprise systems.Drive supplier enablement and catalog management processes.Monitor and resolve Ariba-related incidents and enhancements.Functional Leadership:Conduct business requirement workshops and blueprinting sessions.Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials.Lead UAT, cutover planning, and post-go-live support.Mentor junior analysts and support continuous improvement initiatives.Required Skills & Qualifications:14+ years of SAP experience, with strong hands-on expertise in MM, SCM, and Ariba.Proven track record in full-cycle SAP implementations and global rollouts.Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, and supply chain processes.Experience with integration technologies (IDoc, ALE, EDI, PI/PO).Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Preferred Certifications:SAP Ariba CertificationSAP MM/SCM CertificationPMP or Agile/Scrum Certification
