Curia’s Global Shared Services Center (GSS) is a multi-functional strategic service center that delivers word class business support services to Curia and its consolidated subsidiaries. Roles and Responsibilities Support timely financial reporting for business and corporate leadership, ensuring accuracy and consistency.Prepare monthly/quarterly reports, including financial statements, KPIs, and performance metrics.Assist in the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives.Perform variance analysis to compare actuals against budget/forecasts.Develop and maintains dashboards for financial insights.Work with various departments and business leaders to support decision-making and provide ad-hoc financial analyses.Identify and implements improvements within the FP&A function for greater efficiency.Ensure compliance with financial controls and external regulations.Develop and standardize financial processes and practices across global sites.Uses data-driven insights to enhance operational and financial efficiency.Supports the Corporate FP&A reporting process to provide corporate leadership and our Sponsors with timely reports on our financial results and related business insightsPerforms business evaluations and models financial scenarios including NPV and IRR calculationProcess-Specific ResponsibilitiesAble to think strategically about business issues.Strong business analysis, financial planning and reporting skills that generate business insights that add measurable value.Maintain data integrity and confidentiality across financial systems and reports.Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle or another applications) and financial planning tools (Hyperion) to collect, organize, and analyze financial data.Maintain and enhance reporting tools, ensuring they meet the needs of various stakeholders.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
