HR Operations Ninjacart is India’s largest agri tech company that's revolutionising the agri ecosystem. Ensure HR processes and practices are compliant with local labor laws and company policies. Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate records and providing required documentation. Assist in administering employee benefits, including health insurance, leave management and wellness perks. Coordinate with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely salary processing for all employees. Respond to employee queries related to benefits, policies, or payroll with clarity and professionalism. Prepare and generate regular HR reports such as headcount, attrition, turnover rate, and new joiner/exits data. Track key HR metrics and KPIs to identify trends and suggest improvements in processes and policies. Handle the onboarding processes, including creating and deactivating user accounts in internal systems and databases (Darwin box). Ensure proper access rights and system permissions are granted or revoked as part of employee lifecycle management. Conduct periodic reviews of system data to ensure accuracy, remove duplicates, and resolve discrepancies. Prepare and generate regular HR reports such as headcount, attrition, turnover rate, and new joiner/exits data. Track key HR metrics and KPIs to identify trends and suggest improvements in processes and policies.
